Information submitted through the contact form
When you submit the contact form, Verily Truly collects the information you provide — such as your name, email, optional phone number, optional business or nonprofit name, the service you are asking about, and your message.
Purpose of collecting inquiry information
The information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss your bookkeeping needs, and share relevant next steps.
Formspree as the form-processing provider
The contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party service that securely transmits your submission to Verily Truly. Formspree's own privacy policy governs their handling of that data during transit.
Email and telephone communications
If you email dori@verilytruly.com or call 512-766-3104, the content of those communications is retained only as needed to respond and provide ongoing service.
Basic website analytics
This site does not currently use analytics. If analytics are enabled in the future, aggregate visit data may be collected to understand general site usage. No personally identifying information is collected through analytics.
Data retention
Inquiry information is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your request or to maintain an ongoing client relationship, after which it is removed on a reasonable schedule.
User questions and contact rights
You may request that Verily Truly review, correct, or delete the information you submitted through the contact form at any time.
